## §356a Widerrufsbutton — special focus

Seit dem 19. Juni 2026 gilt §356a BGB: Bei Fernabsatzverträgen, die über eine Website geschlossen werden können, muss der Unternehmer eine Widerrufsfunktion bereitstellen. Fehlt sie, liegt regelmäßig ein Belehrungsmangel vor; als Folge kann sich die Widerrufsfrist nach §356 Abs. 3 BGB verlängern. Ob das im Einzelfall greift, hängt vom Vertragstyp ab und lässt sich von außen nicht abschließend beurteilen.
