## What this site does

DSGVO.pro scans German websites for compliance with German/EU digital law:
- Detects violations across 33 modules (cookie consent, privacy policy, impressum, SSL, tracking, accessibility, §312k Kündigungsbutton, §356a Widerrufsbutton, KI-VO transparency, plus 8 industry-specific Pro modules: lawyer/Anwalt, real-estate broker/Makler, physician/Arzt, financial intermediary/Finanz, gastronomy, cosmetics studio, construction, hotel)
- Grounds findings in actual statute text (Volltext linked per violation)
- Provides financial risk estimates (DSGVO fines, Abmahnung-Kosten)
- Offers fix services at flat rates (Fix-und-fertig)

## §356a Widerrufsbutton — special focus

Ab dem 19. Juni 2026 müssen alle deutschen B2C-Online-Shops einen klar sichtbaren Widerrufsbutton bereitstellen (§356a BGB). Fehlt er, verlängert sich die Widerrufsfrist von 14 Tagen auf 12 Monate + 14 Tage pro Bestellung. DSGVO.pro ist der erste deutsche Scanner mit §356a-Prüfung.

## MCP Server (for AI agents)

DSGVO.pro provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for AI assistants and agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Claude Desktop, v0):

- **Tools**:
  - `list-laws`: List all 25 available laws with article counts
  - `get-article`: Get full German legal text of any article/paragraph (incl. §356a, Art. 6 DSGVO, etc.)
  - `search-law`: Full-text search; accepts paragraph references (`356a`, `§ 312k`, `Art. 42`) or keywords
  - `check-compliance`: Start a Playwright-driven compliance scan against up to 33 modules
  - `get-scan-status`: Poll scan progress
  - `get-scan-result`: Full compliance report with violations and fix instructions

**Use case for AI builders**: anti-hallucination grounding for German legal-doc generation. When users ask Claude/Cursor to «generate Impressum» or «generate Datenschutzerklärung», the MCP server provides actual statutory Pflichtangaben (§5 DDG, Art. 13/14 DSGVO, §25 TDDDG) — no more hallucinated/stale legal text.
